I quickly picked up Spanish tiles for my renovation, but I couldn’t choose a store from which to order it. Where they offered me a good discount, in the end it was not available, I had to wait for the delivery of a new batch. In other places I just didn’t want to overpay. My dilemma was resolved as soon as I found my tiles at an even better price in the intercerama online store. As a result, I was selected all the collections of tiles that interested me, in the right quantity and, very importantly, from one batch. They delivered it free of charge exactly on the day it was convenient for me and at the pre-scheduled time. The tiles have not yet been laid out completely, but so far no defects have been found. No one was in a hurry to check the tiles; we could have checked at least each one, but we didn’t want to open the boxes so that later there would be no problems with storing them in the apartment where renovations were underway. The designer created a project with tiles that were not on sale and our adventure in finding tiles began. They trampled all their feet and broke their entire brain. There are a lot of companies on the ceramic tile market offering, plus or minus, the same prices, the same assortment and the same working conditions. When starting the renovation, I was confused and didn’t know who to choose. A lucky chance and the Yandex search engine directed me to the Intercerama company website. After talking on the phone and then meeting in person, I realized that this is what I was looking for!
A friendly attitude, high professionalism, good knowledge of the market and customer-oriented managers are what distinguishes this company from many similar ones.
When we could not pick up our tiles on time, we were allowed to store them in a warehouse for 3 weeks, although this was not convenient for Intercerama managers. Then we asked for delivery in a low truck so that it could drive into the underground parking lot - and they again met us and provided us with the requested vehicle. Later, due to a mistake by the designer, it turned out that we were missing a few tiles. The office responded friendly to our difficulties and in the shortest possible time they were able to complete us literally one by one (although in other companies they usually do not want to sell small volumes).

I had an extremely positive experience working with your store and specifically the manager Artem.
As usual, I went to stores to choose tiles, but after choosing and making the layout (I did it myself), it turned out that one of the positions that I needed was not available. Not knowing that in most cases everyone has one warehouse and started calling online and physical stores. One of the stores that I called in search of tiles turned out to be Interkerama.
Artyom immediately made it clear that he was committed to cooperation, explained about the common warehouses with tiles and even offered to make a layout for free. I didn’t need this, but after calling a few more stores, I called Artyom back and said that I would be happy to make a purchase, but I need a little time (correct the layout, clarify the quantity, etc.), and there is also interest in another tile, which not available in your store. Artyom offered to collect a large order and honestly explained the principle of work, his interest in this issue and possible discounts.
It is extremely pleasant to work with people who do not just “sell the goods”, but are ready to do some additional work and meet the client to make a sale.
As a result, an order for 140,000 rubles with free delivery and good discounts (even higher than what my designer managed to get in stores), good impressions from the store and specific employees.

We ordered tiles from this company because... Having looked at prices in other online stores and in my city (on order), the price turned out to be the lowest. We chose this online store and contacted a consultant who explained everything and offered an additional discount. As a result, the money was transferred to the card. A couple of days later they sent us a photo of the tiles being sent. To our question, what if the tiles arrive broken, they answered: “We will take on this problem and replace it.” This was encouraging 
In general, we waited for our tile for four days (300 km from Moscow). Upon the arrival of the tiles, the manager asked to take a photo of how it was packed and if there was a broken one, then take a photo of it too. As a result, when we received the tiles from the transport company, we found 3 tiles split in half and one had an edge broken off. We photographed everything and sent the photo as requested. The manager said that everything would be replaced and after another 4 days we received 4 more tiles absolutely free.
