Warm aluminum

Previously, aluminum profile windows were mainly used for glazing buildings not intended for permanent residence. They were installed in retail, office, warehouse or industrial premises. The thickness of the walls, both external and internal, has a significant impact on the mechanical, heat and sound insulation properties of the finished window. Most manufacturers make external walls of at least 3 mm in their products for residential premises.

Number of cameras

In addition to the thickness of the partitions dividing the hollow profile into separate sections, the number of these sections (chambers) is also important. The cheapest products have three chambers, isolated along the width, of different sizes. As a rule, the two closest to the outer walls are relatively narrow and separated for rigidity by horizontal partitions. The central one is the largest, has no horizontal sections, as it contains a reinforcing element.
